Organisations and your safety
Ski patrols, park rangers, employers and clubs can see WildPing users — anonymously inside a vetted boundary if you allow it, or by name if you join their roster.
Inside a boundary
Ski fields, parks, event sites. You appear as an anonymous tag while inside. The app asks you — Allow or Not now — and you can change it any time.
App → Settings → Organisations → Allow vetted organisations to see me inside their boundaries
On a roster
Your employer, training provider or club. They see your name and track while you stay joined.
App → Settings → Organisations → Join an organisation → enter their code

Looking up a name, searching for a person and certifying someone missing each need a written reason, are limited, are recorded in the organisation's audit log, and WildPing is told each time. Searches only find people who were inside that organisation's boundary in the last 7 days with visibility allowed, or who are on its roster. Emergency-contact details are never searchable.

for a defined area, or for their own staff, students or members
safety use only — no enforcement, marketing or HR; no exports; named logins with 2-factor
staff actions are recorded; we can switch them off; re-checked yearly
